The special double-seal bearing ensures excellent sealing performance, protecting tine bars during normal operation in harsh conditions.
4. Welding Roller

Market rollers are often made via hot-extubation, leading to significant deformation and low precision due to thin tubing. We employ robotic welding to join two press rollers, despite higher costs.This advanced method ensures minimal deformation and consistent roller gaps. Additionally, we use two high-rib rollers out of ten, which helps in forming high-density bales.

Our compression system uses exceptionally durable steel rollers,resulting in less power fluctuation compared to other mini round balers, ensuring stable and noiseless operation.
