4.Welding Roller

While standard market rollers are made by hot-extubation, resulting in low precision and high deformation, we employ robotic welding to join two pressed rollers. Despite higher costs, this method ensures minimal deformation and consistent roller gaps. Additionally, 2 out of 10 rollers feature high ribs, allowing for the production of high-density bales.to weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.
