4. Welding Roller

Current market rollers, produced at low cost through hot-extrusion, suffer from considerable deformation and low precision. Our advanced method involves welding two pressed roller pieces using robotic assistance, achieving minimal deformation and uniform gaps. We also incorporate two high-rib rollers out of ten, facilitating the production of high-density bales.to weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.
