4. Welding Roller1.
While current market rollers are made via low-cost hot-extubation, this method results in significant deformation and low precision due to the thinness of the tube. We employrobotic welding for two-piece press rollers. Although costly, this method ensures minimal roller deformation and uniform roller gaps. Additionally, 2 out of 10 rollers feature high ribs, enabling the formation of high-density bales.
