2. PUMP

Our specially developed pump for the round baler boasts excellent sealing performance and a long service life.
We exclusively use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids to maintain optimal performance under challenging conditions.

 

3. Clutch 
The pick-up AS features a unique design, utilizing a special clutch to force-feed materials into the chamber, preventing jams.
This mechanism effectively prevents clogging and enhances work efficiency.The special double-seal bearing provides excellent sealing performance, protecting tine bars in harsh environments.

4. Welding Roller

1.Rollers currently on the market are made using hot-extubate methods, which result in significant deformation and low precision due to the thinness of the tube. We employ robotic welding of two pressed rollers, maintaining minimal deformation and consistent gaps. This structure enables the rolling of high-density bales.

2. Exceptionally durable steel rollers are used in the compression system,
resulting in power fluctuations that are less than those of other mini round balers, ensuring stable and silent operation.

5. Safety Device
