4. Welding Roller
Current market rollers are often made by hot-extubation, a low-cost method prone to deformation and low precision due to thinness. We use advanced robotic welding for our rollers, ensuring minimal deformation and uniform gap spacing. The incorporation of 2 high-rib rollers out of 10 enhances high-density bale formation.
Our compression system features exceptionally durable steel rollers, offering stable, noiseless operation with minimal power fluctuation compared to other mini round balers.
