In the current market, rollers are often produced by hot-extubation at a low cost, leading to significant deformation and low precision due to the thin-walled tubes. We utilizea robotic welding process to join two press rollers, despite the higher cost. This method maintains minimal deformation and consistent gaps between rollers. Additionally, 2 out of 10 rollers feature high ribs, enabling the creation of high-density bales.
