3.Clutchand Special Double Seal Bearing
The pick-up AS features a unique design, utilizing a special clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, effectively preventing jams.This system significantly enhances work efficiency by avoiding clogging.
Our special double seal bearing ensures excellent sealing performance, protecting tine bars during normal operations in harsh conditions.
4. Welding Roller

While most market rollers are cost-efficiently made by hot-extrusion, this method often results in significant deformation and imprecision. Our solution is to weld two pieces of press rollers using robotic technology. Despite the higher cost, this approach ensures minimal deformation and uniform gaps, enhancing the roller's durability. We also integrate 2 high-rib rollers out of 10 for producing high-density bales.

Our compression system uses exceptionally durable steel rollers,providing less power fluctuation than other mini round balers, for stable and quiet operation.

5.Safety Device
