4. Welding Roller

While most market rollers are made using low-cost hot-extubate methods, which lead to significant deformation and low precision, we employ an advanced robotic welding process for our rollers. This method, though costly, ensures minimal deformation and uniform gaps between rollers. Additionally, we incorporate two high-rib rollers among the ten, allowing for higher density bales.to weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.
