This method, despite its higher cost, ensures each roller's gap is consistent. Additionally, using two high-rib rollers out of ten, we guarantee high-density bale formation.to weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.
