Current market rollers often suffer from low precision and considerable deformation due to cost-effective hot-extubate manufacturing methods. In contrast, we employ robotic welding to join two pieces of press rollers. Despite the high cost, this process significantly reduces deformation and ensures uniform roller gaps. Additionally, our structure incorporates 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10, allowing for the creation of high-density bales.
