3.Clutchand Special Double Seal Bearing
The pick-up AS features a unique design with a special clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, preventing jams.Its main function is to effectively prevent clogging, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
The special double seal bearing offers superior sealing performance, protecting tine bars during normal operation in harsh environments.
4. Welding Roller

Most rollers on the current market are produced by hot-extubate at low cost, leading to large deformations and low precision due to thin tubing. We, however, adopt advanced welding techniques.We use robot welding to join two pressed rollers, ensuring minimal deformation and consistent roller gaps despite higher costs. Additionally, 2 out of 10 rollers feature high ribs, enabling the creation of high-density bales.

Exceptionally durable steel rollers are utilized in the compression system,resulting in power fluctuations lower than other mini round balers, and ensuring stable, noiseless operation.

5.Safety Device
The gearbox output is protected by a shear bolt. In the event of an overload, the shear bolt will automatically cut, safeguarding the machine from damage.
