4. Welding Roller

While most market rollers are made using low-cost hot-extubate methods, resulting in significant deformation and low precision, we employ robotic welding to join two press rollers. Though costly, this method ensures minimal deformation and uniform roller gaps. Additionally, two of the ten rollers feature high ribs, allowing for high-density bale rolling.to weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.
