Typically, rollers in the market are produced by hot-extrusion, a low-cost method resulting in significant deformation and low precision due to thin tubes. However, weutilize robotic welding to assemble two pressed rollers. This method, though costly, ensures minimal deformation and uniform gap across all rollers. Additionally, we incorporate 2 high-ribbed rollers out of 10, enabling the creation of high-density bales.
