(1) 30~50 horsepower tractor is used for traction; the body is flexible, and the transition is convenient.
(2) The picker adopts spring-tooth pick-up, which has excellent picking performance and low loss rate of forage grass; picks up smoothly, does not disturb the grass strips,and reduces the rubbing and collision loss of forage grass.
(3) The side guards of the pickup are conducive to the gathering of the straw.
(4) The transmission device is arranged axially symmetrically, with a low center of gravity and good stability.
(5) The rope feeding mechanism adopts the worm gear reducer to drive the action of the four-bar linkage mechanism, which is dependable in action and high in the bundle rate.

You can choose either double twine binding device or net

binding device.

Twine binding (Model: - T) provides good efficiency

with low binding material cost.

Net binding (Model: - N) provides excellent efficiency

and minimum loss of crop.

Since both devices are located in front of the baler,

All the operation is done on your tractor seat by

the switch box. The buzzer goes off and notifies

you when bale density reaches a set value.

 

1-Easy Handling Bale
When the moisture of the herbage is below 20%, the weight of bale is up to 28kg. lf we baled wet herbage ,then the bale weight is expected to reach 30kg-40kg. Beyond that ,the size of bale is very small and easy to handle.
Even if 2 adult men whose weights are over sixty-five kilograms stood on a bale, the bale would still not loose.

2-Pump
Brand: STAR
We developed special pump for round baler, it has good sealing performance and long service life.
We only use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids to keep the perfect performance in challenging environment.

3-Surface Spray
our machine surface uses the high quality of AkzoNobel powder to spray. So the surface is more shining and able to stand the change of temperature and humidity ,not easy to get scratch and more durable. lt is also very environmentally friendly.

 

4-Clutch and special double seal bearing
The pick-up AS has a unique design, use special clutch for force feed the material into the chamber to avoid any jam. The main function is to effectively prevent clogging and improve the work efficiency.
Special double seal bearing has perfect sealing performance to protect tine bars' normal operation in harsh environment.

 

5-Transpot chain

8-welding Roller
1.Rolers in the current market are made by hot-extubate in low cost, but the defects of this processing method are the largeamount of deformation and low precision due to too thinness tube .we adopt to weld two pieces press rolers by robot, everthe cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of everyroller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.

2.Exceptionally durable steel rollers are adopted for the compression system, power fluctuation is less than others mini round baler, stable and noiseless operation can be expected.

9-Safety device
The gearbox output is protected by shear bolt. When overload occurs, shear bolt will cut itself and protect the machine from damage.
