4. Welding Roller

While most market rollers are made via low-cost hot extrusion, leading to significant deformation and low precision, we employ robot welding of two press rollers. Though costly, this method minimizes roller deformation and maintains uniform gaps between rollers. Our design includes two high-rib rollers out of ten, facilitating the creation of high-density bales.to weld two pieces press rollers by robot, even the cost is very high, but this processing method can keep the ditch of roller in very small deformation and the gap of every roller is same, we also adopt 2 rollers with high ribs out of 10 rollers, this structure makes high density bale can be rolled.

5.Safety Device
