2. PUMP

We have developed a special pump specifically for the round baler, boasting excellent sealing performance and a long service life.
To ensure peak performance in demanding environments, we exclusively use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids.
3.Clutch and Special Double Seal Bearing
The uniquely designed pick-up AS utilizes a special clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, preventing jams.This feature effectively prevents clogging and significantly enhances work efficiency.
The special double seal bearing offers outstanding sealing performance, protecting tine bars for optimal operation even in harsh environments.
4. Welding Roller
1.Unlike the low-cost hot-extubate roller method, which leads to large deformations and low precision, we employ a high-tech robotic welding process.This method, though costly, ensures minimal deformation and uniform gaps in each roller. Additionally, 2 out of the 10 rollers feature high ribs, allowing for the production of high-density bales.
2. Exceptionally Durable Rollers
Our compression system uses exceptionally durable steel rollers, ensuring minimal power fluctuation and stable, noiseless operation, which surpasses other mini round balers.

5. Safety Device
The gearbox output is safeguarded by a shear bolt. In case of overload, the shear bolt cuts itself to protect the machine from damage.
