2. PUMP

Our specially developed pump for the round baler boasts excellent sealing performance and a long service life.
We exclusively use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids to ensure peak performance even in challenging environments.
3. Clutch and Special Double Seal Bearing
The unique design of the pick-up AS features a special clutch that force-feeds material into the chamber, effectively preventing jams.This mechanism significantly enhances work efficiency by reducing clogging.
Our special double seal bearing provides perfect sealing performance, ensuring normal operation of tine bars in harsh environments.
4. Welding Roller
1.While most market rollers are made using low-cost hot-extrusion methods, leading to deformation and low precision, we utilize robotic welding for our press rollers. Although this method is costlier, it ensures minimal deformation and uniform roller gaps. We also integrate 2 high-rib rollers out of 10, enabling the production of high-density bales.
2. Exceptionally durable steel rollers are utilized for the compression system. This results in less power fluctuation compared to other mini round balers, ensuring stable and noiseless operation.

5. Safety Device
The gearbox output is safeguarded by a shear bolt. In the event of an overload, the shear bolt will break, protecting the machine from damage.
