We've developed a specialized pump for our round baler, boasting excellent sealing performance and an extended service life.
We exclusively use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids, ensuring optimal performance even in the most challenging environments.

 

3.Clutch and Special Double Seal Bearing
The pick-up assembly features a unique design, utilizing a special clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, effectively preventing jams.This design significantly enhances work efficiency by minimizing clogs.
Our special double seal bearing offers excellent sealing performance, ensuring the tine bars operate smoothly, even in harsh environments.

 

4. Welding Roller

While most market rollers are made by low-cost hot-extubate processes leading to deformation and low precision, we employ robotic welding of two press rollers. Despite the higher cost, this method ensures minimal deformation and consistent gap sizes for each roller.Additionally, we use 2 high-ribbed rollers out of 10, making it possible to roll high-density bales efficiently.
