4. Welding Roller

Rollers on the current market are often made by hot-extrusion at low cost, resulting in significant deformation and low precision due to the thinness of the tube. We employrobotic welding to join two press rollers, ensuring minimal deformation and uniform gaps across all rollers. Despite the high cost, this method enables high-density bale rolling with precision. Out of 10 rollers, 2 feature high ribs, enhancing bale density.
