3.Clutchand Special Double Seal Bearing
The pick-up AS features a unique design, using a special clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, thereby preventing jams.Its main function is to prevent clogging effectively and enhance work efficiency.
The special double-seal bearing offers superior sealing performance, ensuring normal operation of the tine bars even in harsh conditions.

 

4.Welding Roller
1.
Most market rollers are low-cost hot-extubate products prone to deformation and low precision. We use robots to weld two press rollers, maintaining minimal deformation and uniform gaps in each roller. Additionally, 2 out of every 10 rollers have high ribs for rolling high-density bales.Though this method is costly, it ensures minimal deformation in the rollers, and the high ribs contribute to the production of high-density bales.

We use exceptionally durable steelrollers for the compression system,resulting in minimal power fluctuations compared toother mini round balers, ensuring stable and noiseless operation.
