Using only Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids, our balers maintain optimal performance even in the most challenging environments.
3.Clutch and Special Double Seal Bearing
The pick-up AS features a unique design, utilizing a specialized clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, preventing jams.This design effectively prevents clogging, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
Our double-seal bearings offer superb sealing performance, ensuring the tine bars operate reliably even in harsh conditions.
4. Welding Roller

Most market rollers are low-cost, thin, and prone to deformation. We use robotic welding for our press rollers, ensuring minimal deformation and uniformity. Two of the ten rollers feature high ribs, allowing for high-density bale rolling.

Highly durable steel rollers are utilized in our compression system,
resulting in less power fluctuation compared to other mini round balers, and ensuring stable, noiseless operation.

5. Safety Device
The gearbox output is safeguarded by a shear bolt. In case of an overload, the shear bolt will break, protecting the machine from damage.
