2. PUMP

Our specially developed pump for round balers offers excellent sealing performance and a long service life.
We exclusively use Mobil VG-46 hydraulic fluids to maintain optimal performance even in the most challenging environments.

 

3. Clutch
The pick-up AS features a unique design, incorporating a special clutch to force-feed material into the chamber, preventing jams.
This mechanism effectively prevents clogging, boosting work efficiency.The special double-seal bearing ensures perfect sealing performance, protecting tine bars for normal operation in harsh conditions.
 

 

4. Welding Roller

Unlike low-cost hot-extubate rollers prone to deformation, we employ robotic welding of two press rollers. Despite higher costs, this method maintains minimal deformation and consistent roller gaps. Additionally, we use two high-rib rollers out of ten, achieving high-density bales.

Exceptionally durable steel rollers are used for the compression system,ensuring power fluctuation is minimized compared to other mini round balers, promising stable and noiseless operation.

5. Safety Device
